Suited for intimate gatherings, the event space has a capacity of up to 99, perfect for accommodating celebrations, showers, business gatherings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, microweddings, and more.

Space Capacity

Element is a 2,000 sqft space and accommodates up to 99 people standing or 50 people seated. Tables and chairs are included in your rental for hosting seated occasions. Other intimate seating areas around the space can be used to accommodate up to 20 extra seats.

Round tables seat up to 7 guests, rectangular can seat up to 10.

No Requirements For Food Or Catering

For your flexibility, you are welcome to cater with any catering company, or you may bring in your own food.

We have a list of preferred vendors if you need recommendations.

Liquor Policy
(Beer & Wine Permitted)

You may serve beer and wine to guests 21+ so long as it is not sold on the premises.

No Early Venue
Access

Your rental time includes both setup and tear-down. To ensure fairness for all guests, early entry is not permitted. Please plan accordingly to make the most of your reserved timeslot.
